08/31/2001 Entry: "Evening meal"
Oven roasted aubergine, paprika, onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes with dry roasted pumpkin seeds. Couscous and feta cheese. Sprinkled with fresh shredded basil. A squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil.
